PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Disclaimer
Here you will find the main agreements and information about using our website and transport services.
Information on the website
We take great care with the content of this website. Nevertheless, information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. No rights can be derived from the content of the website.
Fare estimates and routes
The ride calculator provides an estimate based on an automatically calculated route (Geoapify, © OpenStreetMap contributors) and the current taxi fare with a discount on longer rides. Actual distance, travel time and conditions may differ. Only the price in our confirmation is binding. Fixed rates apply to the listed route and conditions.
Availability
A request via the website is not an automatic booking. A ride is only guaranteed once Taxi Janem has confirmed it. We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee that it works without interruptions or errors.
